The Dangote Industries Limited has dismissed as false a viral social media claim alleging its Group Executive Director, Oil and Gas, Fatima Dangote, recently acquired a new house.
The Dangote Group told our reporter that the report circulating online was false and urged members of the public to disregard it.
According to the source, the claim is a distraction and does not reflect the true situation.
The viral post originated from an X user, @dammiedammie35, who shared a video of Fatima and claimed that she had just acquired a new house.

Captioning the video, he wrote, “Aliko Dangote’s daughter, Fatima Dangote just purchased a new mansion.”
The false claim surfaced a few months after Aliko Dangote announced key executive appointments involving his daughters across the Dangote Group.
