At 28, Umahi Osborn is among the younger political office holders attracting attention in Ebonyi.
His emergence has also drawn interest because of his relationship with the former Ebonyi State governor and serving Minister of Works.
Beyond the family connection, attention is now expected to focus on how the new council chairman will tackle development challenges in Ohaozara, particularly in the areas of youth empowerment, infrastructure and public services.
