The Executive Chairman of Olorunsogo Local Government Area of Oyo State, Honourable Olayanju Kazeem Onaolapo, has sacked two of his aides, Gbadedwole Elikanah Demola and Tijani Hammed Kola.
The duo, who are political loyalists of a political leader in the state, Alhaji Abdulrasheed Adebisi Olopoeyan, served as Special Assistant to the Chairman and Supervisor for Environment in the local government, respectively, until their appointments were terminated.
In a letter dated 23 September 2026, signed by the chairman and handed to the affected parties on Friday, the council boss appreciated their contributions to the development of the local government and wished them well in their future endeavours.
