The Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation (ICCEF) is pleased to invite applications for its 2026 Educational Scholarship Programme for indigent students enrolled in public secondary and tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
Through this initiative, ICCEF seeks to continue the legacy of Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma by promoting access to quality education and empowering young Nigerians to reach their full potential.

Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen.
- Be currently enrolled in a public secondary or tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Demonstrate academic commitment and satisfactory academic performance.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Be willing to participate in any monitoring and evaluation activities required by the Foundation.
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed in August 2026, and successful candidates will be notified in September 2026.

Application Documents
Applicants must submit:
- Completed scholarship application form.
- Recent passport photograph.
- Proof of admission or school identification card.
- Most recent academic result or transcript.
- Personal statement (maximum 500 words) explaining educational goals, financial need, and how the scholarship will support academic progress.
- Letter of recommendation from a school authority, teacher, lecturer, or community leader.
Method of Application
Applicants may apply for only ONE scholarship category.
Any applicant who submits applications for both categories will be automatically disqualified.
Scholarship Categories
Applicants may apply under one of the following categories:
1. Tuition Fees Scholarship
For indigent students enrolled in public secondary and tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
2. Project-Based Scholarship
For indigent final-year students whose academic projects focus on any of the following areas:
- Human rights and social justice
- Justice sector reforms
- Law enforcement and policing
- Gender and development
- Youth empowerment
