Nigerian producer and songwriter Ezeh Chisom Faith popularly known as Rexxie has slammed some internet trolls over their comments about the award he received at the Headies 2024.
Rexxie had earlier shared a short video of his award via his page on the microblogging platform X, which got some people worked up.
A tweep had trolled him for celebrating his win at the Headies while comparing him to his colleagues who had Grammy nominations.
The tweep wrote;
“Musa keys dey celebrate Grammy nominations you Dey here dey do Headies. Wetin be Headies? You Dey brag with Headies? Something wey no dey relevant again.”
Rexxie on the other hand replied by telling the troll that he had two Grammy awards and should be addressed with respect.
His tweet read;
“Weyre I’ve got 2 Grammies, no be nomination oTor Make I use Grammy? Call me Uncle already!”
