Former Cameroonian goalkeeper, Joseph-Antoine Bell has predicted a ‘good game’ when the Indomitable Lions face Nigeria’s Super Eagles at the ongoing 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Cameroon and Nigeria will clash in the AFCON Round of 16 on Saturday night.
Both nations booked their spots in the knock-out stage after beating Gambia and Guinea-Bissau, respectively.
In a chat with former Super Eagles’ media officer, Toyin Ibitoye, Bell insisted that the best team would win the contest.
“We are going to witness a good game and the best team will win.
“I hope Cameroon will improve its game because what we’ve seen so far has not been good.
“Of course they qualified but you cannot compare both teams and I hope Cameroon will match up to standard,” Bell said.
