The Zamfara State Commandant of Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Commandant Sani Mustapha has introduced letters of commendation to the command’s Public Relations Officer, Mr Ikor Ocher, two others for hardworking, dedication and diligence obligation within the state.
