Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez could be set to join Ajax if he leaves the LaLiga side in the summer.
Ajax are keen on hiring Xavi, who has said he will depart the Nou Camp at the end of this season.
According to Sport, the ex-Spain midfielder could be coaching in Eredivisie starting in July.
Ajax’s under-fire manager, John Van’t Schip, has also confirmed he will leave the club this summer.
However, Xavi has insisted that he will take a year off once his Barca tenure ends.
It remains to be seen if Xavi will be interested in replacing Schip.
