Why are we closing the Telegraph Wine Cellar?
After careful consideration, Telegraph Media Group has made the difficult decision to close Telegraph Wine Cellar. As a successful subscriptions business we regularly experiment and trial products on offer to our engaged subscriber community.
From 16th February, Telegraph Wine Cellar will no longer be available. All orders will be honoured up until 16th February.
How will this affect my subscription?
If you are on the Wine Cellar only subscription, this will be cancelled and refunded to you. You will receive a full refund no later than 26th of January.
For all Digital and Print subscriptions, please be assured that this change will not affect how you access our journalism or any other aspects of your subscription, which will continue to be billed in the normal way. All other features, such as your bonus subscription(s) and Telegraph Extra benefits remain unchanged and you don’t need to take any further action.

I paid specifically to receive the Wine Cellar, will I get a refund?
If you signed up to the £5 annual Wine Cellar subscription, you will receive a full refund no later than 26th of January. If you’ve not received your refund within 48 hours of this date, please contact the Wine Cellar on 020 8963 4800 or winecellar@wine.telegraph.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
If you used the Wine Cellar as part of your Digital or Print subscription, this was a complimentary benefit of that subscription at no extra cost to you. You don’t need to take any action.
I’ve placed an order with Wine Cellar, will this be honoured?
