An actor and entertainment entrepreneur, Alvin Ose, is of the opinion that the country is brimming with talents, though many of them don’t have the platform to showcase themselves.
Ose stated that as a result of this, he is on a quest to provide a platform for such talents with his record label.
Speaking in an interview with Saturday Beats, the Edo State-born entertainer said, “Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, many promising talents in this part of the world have not been able to find their footing. I am therefore challenged to project new talents across Africa.
“These talents are unrelenting, and big moves are underway by my record company and team to introduce good music to Africans and music lovers all over the world. Basically, we are bringing back music like never before.
“Each time I am on the streets, I see so many talents, ready to be tapped. Life is hard, but one has to go harder and not give up. The beginning of any endeavour is usually the hardest, and if one persists, one would scale through. One should not let anything weigh one down. One just needs to keep working, and favour will find one with what one does best.”
Ose also called on more investor to come into the industry, adding that it was a wake-up call for new record companies to give artistes platforms to realise their dreams.
The entertainer is also a content creator, who headlines the online comedy series tagged, ‘Oga and Boy’.
