Doyin Okupe, the previous Director Common of Peter Obi-Datti Presidential Marketing campaign Organisation, has resigned from the Labour Occasion (LP), citing ideological variations that emerged after the 2023 elections.
Okupe, who performed a distinguished position within the marketing campaign, defined that his alignment with right-wing and liberal democratic rules clashed with the left-of-centre ideology of the Labour Occasion, making continued membership untenable.
In a letter made accessible to journalists on Monday, Okupe acknowledged, “I submit herewith my letter of resignation from the Labour Occasion with impact from at this time.
