Birmingham employed Tony Mowbray on Monday as their new supervisor to switch sacked Wayne Rooney.
Former Sunderland and West Brom boss Mowbray agreed a two-and-half-year cope with the Championship strugglers.
He’s Birmingham’s third supervisor this season after the dismissals of John Eustace and Rooney.
“I’m excited to be becoming a member of Birmingham presently. I can’t wait to get again on the coaching pitch and begin working with this proficient group of gamers,” Mowbray mentioned.
“I do know from private expertise how passionate Bluenoses are, house and away, and I’m wanting ahead to having their full help for the group beginning on Saturday at house to Swansea.”
Mowbray was sacked by Sunderland in December after 15 months in cost, regardless of guiding them to the play-offs final season.
Former Manchester United and England star Rooney was axed by Birmingham after simply 83 days in cost, having changed Eustace in October.
Rooney managed simply two wins in 15 video games as Birmingham slipped from sixth within the Championship to twentieth.
