Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has urged all aggrieved factions within the state to hitch arms with him and permit peace to prevail.
Fubara mentioned lack of peace would result in division within the state, therefore the necessity for unity.

Represented by his deputy, Ngozi Odu, Fubara spoke on the Ogoni Day celebration at Bori City in Khana Council yesterday.
