As the nationwide protest enters day three today, the Situation Room of the #EndBadGovernance Protest in Delta State has asked protesters to avoid confrontation with security personnel, refrain from destroying public property, stay hydrated and bring snacks to the designated protest venues.

It handed the instruction in a statement signed by Awipi Teduolo of the End Bad Governance protest situation room.

Teduolo assured protesters that arrangements for medical teams to provide assistance, water and snacks had been made and enjoined protesters to look out for one another.

The statement also demanded good governance, accountability, transparency and an end to economic hardship as well as insecurity.

According to the statement, “Let us unite and make our voices heard!”

The protest situation room also asked all protesters to assemble peacefully at the designated locations for Day 3 of the protest.

It also urged protesters to carry the Nigerian flags and placards with clear messages, arrive at designated locations and be respectful and courteous to security personnel and passersby.
