Around 100 climate activists have staged a demonstration at Liverpool Street station where they have demanded a ceasefire in Gaza.
Dozens of protesters from the Climate Justice Coalition gathered at the busy station from about 2.30pm to show solidarity with the Palestine.
Some demonstrators were seen lying on the concourse as police officers formed a guard around them.
The British Transport Police said no arrests were made and the protest did not disrupt services.
A spokesperson said: “On Thursday, 29 February, there was a peaceful protest at Liverpool Street station. About 100 people gathered from 2.30pm until 2.45pm and did not affect the operation of the station.
“British Transport Police were in attendance to minimise disruption to passengers. There were no arrests.”
