The Director of the Nigeria Police Force National Cybercrime Centre (NPF-NCCC), Uche Henry, has decorated the newly promoted 32 officers of the centre with their new ranks.
While performing the ceremony, he called on concerned officers to remain steadfast in their assigned tasks and uphold the principles of integrity in discharging their responsibilities.
In statement issued in Abuja, Uche also charged them to reaffirm their commitment to Police Public Relations Liaison Officer for the Centre, DSP Kuru Augustina.
The statement reads in part: “NPF-NCCC celebrated the promotion of 32 officers in a colourful ceremony on Friday 10th January 2025, at the National Cybercrime Center office complex. The event, attended by senior officers, family members, and well-wishers, marked a significant milestone for the honorees.
“While decorating the officers, CP Uche Ifeanyi Henry commended their dedication and professionalism, urging them to see their promotion as a call to greater responsibility and service.
“This promotion is not just a reward—it is a challenge to serve with renewed commitment and integrity.”
The newly promoted officers were ACP Abdullahi Muhammed, CSP Maaji Nasiru, SP Danjuma Chukwueke, DSP Onwuka Orji Mba, and DSP Kuru Augustina, who also serves as the Public Relations Liaison Officer for the NPF-NCCC.
