A Nigerian man recently shared on social media the modest yet meaningful birthday gift he received from his youngest sibling, a ₦500 note accompanied by an emotional handwritten letter.

The man, who had posted a video of the touching gesture, expressed his appreciation for the unexpected present, which he claimed was the “best gift” he had ever received.

In the letter, the younger sibling expressed their love and admiration for the birthday celebrant.

“I love you because you love to see students, especially children, reading always,” the letter read.

“If you’re dirty, you’re wrong. If you don’t read, you’re wrong. If you don’t read your Bible, you’re wrong.”

The simple ₦500 gift and the sibling’s sincere words of encouragement resonated deeply with the man, who took to social media to share the heartwarming moment with his followers.
