In a remarkable acknowledgment of its entrepreneurial excellence, Ameen’s Kitchen has been selected as one of the Diaspora Champions by the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) under the leadership of Hon. (Dr.) Abike Dabiri-Erewa, OON. This prestigious recognition places Ameen’s Kitchen among the leading Nigerian-owned enterprises in Canada chosen for an On-the-Spot Assessment of Nigerian Diaspora Enterprises.

A delegation led by Honorable Abdulrahman Terab, Acting Director on Technology Transfer, Innovation, and Investment, visited Ameen’s Kitchen to observe its operations, innovative business model, and impact within Canada’s highly competitive culinary industry.

The Diaspora Champions Program aims to celebrate and document outstanding Nigerian entrepreneurs abroad, leveraging their expertise to enhance the capacity and competitiveness of businesses back home. By learning from the successes of Nigerians thriving in international markets, NiDCOM seeks to foster economic ties between Nigeria and Canada, ultimately driving sustainable growth in Nigeria’s business ecosystem.

Speaking on the recognition, Ameen’s Kitchen expressed gratitude for the honor, reaffirming its commitment to excellence and the promotion of Nigerian cuisine on the global stage. “This recognition is not just for us but for all Nigerian entrepreneurs striving to make a difference in the diaspora,” a representative of the business stated.

With initiatives like this, NiDCOM is paving the way for stronger economic collaboration, knowledge transfer, and investment opportunities between Nigeria and its diaspora community. Ameen’s Kitchen now stands as an inspiring success story, showcasing how Nigerian entrepreneurs abroad can contribute to national development while elevating the country’s global business footprint.

Ameen’s Kitchen is a leading Nigerian-owned culinary business in Canada, renowned for its authentic flavors and innovative approach to traditional Nigerian cuisine. Through its commitment to quality and cultural preservation, Ameen’s Kitchen has become a household name among Africans and global food lovers in Canada.
