Students of the Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture have protested the alleged hike in their tuition and the denial of access to examination halls by the school authority.
This protest which took place Tuesday morning at the university premises, had students calling for a reversal of all increments.
The protest, which disrupted academic activities, commenced when the school authorities directed that students who have not paid the new fees be denied access to the exam halls to write their papers.
In a video circulating online, the aggrieved students were seen blocking the convoy of their vice chancellor and damaging school property.
