OmniRetail has announced the addition of three industry leaders to its Advisory Board. The appointments bring decades of combined expertise in technology investments, fintech innovation, and financial inclusion to guide OmniRetail’s expansion plans.
According to the retail firm, these new advisors will play a pivotal role in shaping OmniRetail’s growth strategy, merger and acquisition initiatives, and its mission to strengthen the African retail landscape.

Here are the new advisors:
Brendon Piccinni
Brendon Piccinni is a partner at Informatic Capital, an equity hedge fund with extensive experience in global technology investments.
His background includes his role at Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), where he focused on growth-stage investments in consumer internet, fintech, and software companies.
With deep expertise in TMT and M&A from his time at Perella Weinberg Partners and as a Cornell University graduate with the highest honours, Brendon’s strategic insights will be instrumental in guiding OmniRetail’s growth trajectory and investment strategy.
Megan Oxman
Megan Oxman is the former president of Digital Wallets at Paysafe and a fintech veteran with over two decades of experience.
She has invaluable expertise in scaling financial services. She most recently led Paysafe’s Digital Wallet team, managing a $750MM P&L and, during her tenure, led the business from double-digit decline to 7 quarters of consecutive growth.
Her eight-year tenure at Amazon Payments, where she managed EU credit cards and installments and led consumer banking products, reveals her critical knowledge of digital payment solutions. Oxman’s commitment to financial inclusion, developed during her time with the Gates Foundation, perfectly aligns with OmniRetail’s mission of empowering underserved communities.
She holds a BA in Economics and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She also earned an MBA from the Wharton School.
Seun Oni
Seun Oni is the group managing director and CEO of A.G. Leventis Nigeria Ltd (AGL). She has 32 years of professional experience spanning business advisory, financial strategy, and executive leadership across multiple sectors.
Oni is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Directors. Currently, she serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Continental Reinsurance Plc and as a Non-Executive Director at Pikwik Nigeria (a joint venture between Pick n Pay SA and A.G. Leventis).
Her leadership experience from 18 years with the Coca-Cola System, followed by executive roles at Reckitt Benckiser West Africa and A.G. Leventis, brings invaluable insights into African retail and consumer markets.
Oni is an alumna of prestigious management programs including Wharton Business School, and IMD Business School, and recently completed the Global CEO Program at IESE and MIT Sloan.
Juliet Ehimuan
Juliet Ehimuan is the founder and CEO of Beyond Limits and the immediate past Director of Google West Africa. She brings over 25 years of experience across technology, oil & gas, and new media industries throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
During her 12-year tenure at Google, Ehimuan was pivotal in expanding the company’s presence in Nigeria and West Africa, championing initiatives to increase digital access, local content development, skills acquisition, and entrepreneurial growth.
Named by Forbes as one of the top 20 power women in Africa and by London Business School as one of 30 people changing the world, she is a leading voice on innovation, transformation, and leadership.
Ehimuan holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Walden University, an Executive MBA from London Business School, a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University.
Through her organisation Beyond Limits, she focuses on growing the African tech and creative ecosystems, enabling digital transformation, and developing leaders and entrepreneurs.
