The Lagos State Authorities has unveiled plans for an enormous crackdown on unlawful buildings in 2024.
The Commissioner for Lagos State Ministry of Bodily Planning and City Growth, Dr Oluyinka Olumide disclosed this in a current assertion by the Director of Public Affairs, LASPPA, Abimbola Emdin-Umehin Lagos.
Based on him, the state authorities will not tolerate illegality.
Olumide was talking amid the resumption of the enforcement actions by Lagos State Bodily Planning Allow Authority officers within the Ikeja space.
He expressed displeasure on the constructing below building at Isaac John Avenue by Oba Dosunmu Avenue, GRA Ikeja, whose developer was granted a 6-floor mixed-use building by the authority however allegedly illegally added two flooring to the continuing building.

“The Lagos State Ministry of Bodily Planning and City Growth will work intently with related companies to determine and penalise offenders.
