The Katsina State Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs has reassured its commitment to collaborating with stakeholders for a crime-free state.

This was disclosed by the State Commissioner of the ministry, Nasiru Mu’azu Danmusa, during a courtesy visit by the Katsina Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Alhaji Aliyu Ma’aji.

The Commissioner highlighted the Ministry’s collaborative efforts with security agencies to curb banditry, criminal activities, and road traffic violations.

Danmusa noted that Governor Dikko Umaru Radda’s administration remains focused on creating a crime-free Katsina State for all residents.

“The Federal Road Safety Corps has a crucial role in the fight against crime, particularly in addressing road-related violations that can escalate into security risks,” he added.

Responding, Ma’aji expressed the FRSC’s readiness to align with the Ministry’s vision, commending the Ministry for uniting security stakeholders and pledging the Corps’ support in restoring lasting peace to the state.

This partnership marks another stride in Governor Radda’s mission to provide security for Katsina State and strengthen inter-agency cooperation for a secure future.
