The Igbo King in Central Region in Ghana, HRH, Eze Dr Chinedu Kingsley Igwe, has expressed his appreciation for the honour bestowed on a foremost businessman, High Chief Calistus Elozieuwa by the First Lady of Nigeria, Oluremi Tinubu.
In a statement issued on Tuesday in Owerri, the king who personally signed, described the award of “the Most Distinguished Diasporan Philanthropist” handed over to chief Elozieuwa by the first lady, Oluremi Tinubu, as an indication that the awardee had distinguished himself in services to humanity.
The diasporan traditional ruler disclosed the assurances of the Igbo people in Central Region in Ghana to continue to support Chief Elozieuwa and other Igbo sons and daughters who are putting the Igbo on the national map.
