Have you ever discovered something about yourself that changed the course of your life forever? For Praise Akinlami, the CEO of Profitify Consulting in Abuja, Nigeria, realizing he was “allergic to poverty” was a profound turning point that ignited a journey of personal transformation and empowerment.

Growing up in Nigeria, Praise experienced firsthand the harsh realities of poverty and its limitations. However, instead of succumbing to despair, he viewed his allergy to poverty as a catalyst for change.

“When I discovered my allergy to poverty, I made a conscious decision to take control of my destiny and break free from its grip,” reflects Praise.

Empowered by a deep sense of determination and resilience, Praise embarked on a quest for knowledge and self-improvement. He pursued education relentlessly, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Abuja and later expanding his expertise in marketing and consulting.

“My journey was fueled by a relentless pursuit of growth and self-improvement. I immersed myself in learning and acquiring new skills that would enable me to create opportunities for myself and others,” shares Praise.

Armed with a vision to uplift communities and empower individuals, Praise leveraged his skills and expertise to establish Profitify Consulting. Through this platform, he embarked on a mission to drive economic empowerment and transform lives through innovative marketing strategies and consulting services.

“My experience with poverty fueled my passion for empowering others. I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness if given the right tools and opportunities,” affirms Praise.

Today, Praise’s journey serves as a testament to the transformative power of resilience and determination. By embracing his “allergy to poverty” as a driving force for change, he has not only transformed his own life but has also become a beacon of hope and inspiration for others striving to overcome adversity.

“I hope my story inspires others to embrace their unique strengths and persevere in the face of challenges. We all have the power to change our circumstances and create a better future,” concludes Praise.

Discovering his “allergy to poverty” empowered Praise to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through resilience, determination, and a commitment to personal growth, he has redefined his narrative and continues to inspire others to do the same.
