Newly released images show Israeli hostage Agam Berger reuniting with her parents, Shlomi and Merav, at an Israel Defense Forces, IDF, facility near the Gaza border following her release from captivity.
In a video of the handover, Agam is seen stepping out of a Red Cross vehicle, having removed the fake military uniform she was reportedly forced to wear by Hamas.
She embraces an IDF medical officer before being escorted into another vehicle for transport out of the Strip.
Agam was freed as part of an ongoing hostage release operation. She is being airlifted by an Israeli Air Force helicopter with her family to Rabin Medical Center in central Israel.
She will now undergo an initial medical evaluation before being taken to Rabin Medical Center, where she is expected to reunite with the rest her family and the four other observation soldiers who were released on Saturday.
