The Football Association, FA, has confirmed the dates and kick-off time for this season’s FA Cup semi-finals.
Both fixtures will be played at Wembley next month.
Manchester United’s game with Coventry City has been brought forward due to concerns from the Metropolitan Police.
In the first semi-final, Manchester City take on Chelsea at 5:15 pm on Saturday, April 20.
United will play Coventry at 3:30 pm the following day, April 21.
The FA are said to have requested a 4 pm kick-off, but they have now agreed to move the match after talks with police.
According to the Daily Mail, the match was viewed as ‘high-risk’ by the police, with the FA and broadcasters said to have been left frustrated about the change as later kick-offs typically mean larger TV audiences.
