Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Dimeji Bankole, on Friday morning, lost his beloved mother, Alhaja Monsurat Atinuke Bankole.
The deceased, who was, until her death, the Tribune Online gathered, was the Iya Adinni of Egbaland.
Her death happened a few days after the demise of the popular socialite and business entrepreneur, Madam Titilola Edionseri, popularly known as Cash Madam.
It was gathered that the deceased died at the age of 78 years after a brief illness.

Meanwhile, the Consultant to the Ogun State Governor on Islamic Affairs, Sheik Iskeel Lawal Sugar, in a statement, announced the death.
The statement described Alhaja Monsurat as a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who dedicated her life to serving Islam and her community.
According to the announcement, her burial will take place in accordance with Islamic rites immediately after Solatul-Asr prayers on Friday at her late husband’s residence in Onikoko, Abeokuta.
The statement said that the late Iya Adini of Egbaland was known for her unwavering commitment to the growth and unity of the Muslim community.
