Former Arsenal forward, Theo Walcott has listed the four fixtures that could spell doom for Liverpool, as they fight Arsenal and Manchester City for the Premier League title.
The Reds are back on top after a 3-1 victory over Sheffield United on Thursday night.
Just three points separate the three title contenders ahead of Liverpool’s trip to Manchester United this weekend.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will also host Tottenham Hotspur, one of only two clubs to have beaten them in the league this season.
“One thing about Liverpool is they have four away games after facing Atlanta [in the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final] – it could be their downfall.
“Four away games is not nice. There are other things that can affect you such as being away from home.
“Liverpool will also not like going to Goodison Park,” Walcott said on BBC Radio 5 Live.
The four away games Walcott is referring to are back-to-back fixtures at Fulham, Everton and West Ham, before a trip to Aston Villa in the penultimate round of the season.
