Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez has defended manager Mauricio Pochettino over his struggles at the club.
Fernandez also revealed that he has a ‘strong bond’ with Chelsea teammate Moises Caicedo.
“We need time, it’s a process with a lot of new players,” Fernandez told ESPN.
“The group came together this year, it is not easy to quickly find a good way of playing. But we are doing all we can to find that style as quickly as possible.
“The day-to-day with Pochettino is really good, he gets very close with the players.
“He is very human and gives us a lot of confidence and ease when it comes to playing.”
On Caicedo, Fernandez added: “Moi and I have built a strong bond.
“We have a great relationship off the pitch, and when it comes to playing, the communication is different – we know that with just a glance, we understand each other.”
