A Kano State High Court has adjourned until July 2 the case filed by the state government seeking to restrain Aminu Ado Bayero and four others from presenting themselves as Emirs.
Presided over by Justice Amina Adamu Aliyu, the court’s decision delays the proceedings as the state government challenges the legitimacy of the Emirs’ positions.
The case continues to draw significant public and political interest as it unfolds.
