A video that was shared on X (Twitter) has captured some EFCC officials bursting into the rooms of hotel guests and assaulting them.
The tweep who shared the clip revealed that they hit staff and guests at the hotel with claims that they were looking for internet fraudsters.
The officials who had no idea that a CCTV captured their acts were seen hitting a female staff and dragging her out of the room using force.
Other staff who recorded the activity, could be heard saying “They didn’t even allow the manager to speak, they entered her room to get the master key.”
The caption attached to the clip read;
“EFCC invaded the Regional Hotel Ojo, Lagos beat up guests and staff of the hotel. According to the management, the EFCC were looking for internet fraudsters.”
While many internet users have condemned the actions of these officials, others await a response from their chairman.
