Apostle Dr. Paul Akinselure, the convener of Operation Rebuilding The Broken Walls, has urged the government at all levels in Nigeria to exhibit good leadership qualities to steer the country towards progress amidst economic hardships.
Akinselure emphasized the crucial need for effective leadership and a peaceful environment to address Nigeria’s myriad challenges and prevent further deterioration.
During a media chat in Abuja, the Apostle decried the current state of the nation, attributing it to the government’s failure to fulfill its leadership responsibilities.
He expressed dismay over the perceived recklessness, heartlessness, selfishness, and wickedness exhibited by many leaders, highlighting their apparent disregard for the welfare of the masses.

“We all know that we are blessed and endowed by the Lord God Almighty but we are lagging behind in management. Our leaders are so reckless, heartless, selfish, and wicked.
“They don’t have the love of God and the love of the masses at heart. They do not go into the place of authority to represent the interests of the poor masses but their own selfish interests.
“It is a pity that most of the poor masses too are not helping the matter because they are so ignorant,” he said.
In addressing societal ignorance, especially among educated youths, Pastor Akinselure underscores the importance of civic engagement to effect positive change, thereby urging Nigerians particularly youths to actively participate in shaping the country’s future.
