The Ovie of Oghara Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Noble Oyibo Eshemitan FCA, Uku-Ogharaname Orefe III, has honoured the Rector of Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Professor Emmanuel Ufuophu-Biri, with a prestigious chieftaincy title in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the institution’s growth and development.
At a grand ceremony held in Oghara, the monarch conferred upon Professor Ufuophu-Biri the title of Omoko of Oghara Kingdom, a distinguished honour celebrating his dedication to education, leadership, and community progress.
The event attracted a host of dignitaries, including traditional rulers, academics, and well-wishers, who gathered to applaud the Rector’s transformative impact on the polytechnic.
