Justice Olukayode Adeniyi of the Excessive Courtroom of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), on Monday, awarded N100 million damages towards the Federal Authorities and the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee for violating the elemental rights of former Central Financial institution of Nigeria governor, Godwin Emefiele.
The decide awarded the damages in favour of the embattled Emefiele with delivering judgment within the enforcement of elementary rights go well with introduced by the previous CBN governor.
