Napoli striker Victor Osimhen could be working under a new coach by the time they play Barcelona in the Champions League this midweek.
According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Serie A champions are set to sack Walter Mazzarri as their head coach.
Mazzarri only replaced Rudi Garcia in October, but the team has struggled so far under him.
He is now expected to be replaced by Slovakia’s head coach, Francesco Calzona.
Romano tweeted Monday evening: “Napoli are set to sack head coach Walter Mazzarri.
“It happens ahead of #UCL game vs Barcelona, as reported—after he replaced Rudi Garcia in October.
“Slovakia head coach Francesco Calzona will replace Mazzarri with immediate effect, deal being finalised.”
