The Chief Executive Officer of ShalomGrace Global Ventures Limited, Mr. Joel Afolabi Olaoluwa, has emphasised the importance of government support for private businesses, particularly in the medical industry, to ensure the provision of quality healthcare for all.
Olaoluwa, who was recently honoured by a hospital for his company’s punctuality and quality products, highlighted the significance of the award as a global recognition of their organization’s dedication.
He expressed concerns over challenges faced by businesses, including high taxes on imported goods, currency fluctuations, and lack of support from banks due to economic challenges.
Olaoluwa said, “Our organisation has been delivering good and quality medical equipment and consumables to the hospital. So, I think we deserve this award because I see it as a global recognition for our organisation. Seeing Governor Oyebanji, the ABUAD founder Aare Afe Babalola and another dignity on the seat is a great honour for me.
“In ABUAD Multi-system hospital and ABUAD International School reviewing, we have their supplier of medical equipment and industrial machinery.
“We are presently working on a multi-million naira recycling machine project for them at the ABUAD Industrial Park which will be unveiled very soon.”
Meanwhile, Afe Babalola, the founder of ABUAD, praised the exceptional leadership of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, contrasting it with the perceived failures of past governors. He highlighted infrastructural deficiencies and emphasized the need for honest governance.
Dr. Kolawole Ogundipe, the Chief Medical Director of Afe Babalola Multi-System Hospital, praised the awardees for their recognition of the hospital’s efforts and highlighted the unique contributions of ShalomGrace Global Ventures Limited in providing essential medical supplies.
