British High Commission offices in Nigeria to observe Eid-el-Fitr April 11

The British High Commission in Nigeria has announced its operational schedule for the upcoming Eid-el-Fitr celebrations.

In a statement issued, it was confirmed that the High Commission offices in Abuja, Lagos, and throughout the country will remain open on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 9 and 10.

However, the offices will be closed on Thursday, April 11, in observance of the Eid-el-Fitr break.

This decision was disclosed in a post on the commission’s X handle on Monday.

The post read, “Our British High Commission offices in Abuja, Lagos and across the country will be OPEN tomorrow Tuesday & Wednesday, April 9 and 10.

“We will be CLOSED on Thursday, April 11, in observance of the Eid-el-Fitr break. Happy Eid Celebrations!”
