All Progressives Congress (APC) National Youth Wing said it is poised to introduce its visionary 2024–2027 strategy, which is a groundbreaking move to redefine Nigeria’s political landscape.
APC National Youth Leader, Hon. Dayo Israel, made this known in a release made available to newsmen in Lagos, saying that the grand launch of the historic event, scheduled for next month in Abuja, would have in attendance President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, and the party’s National Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, among others.
Israel said the unveiling of the strategic plan marks a pivotal moment for Nigerian youth, adding that it was not just a document but a commitment to tangible change, aimed at empowering every young Nigerian.
“The unveiling of our strategic plan marks a pivotal moment for Nigerian youth. This is not just a document; it’s a commitment to tangible change, aimed at empowering every young Nigerian,” the APC chieftain affirmed.
According to him, the body’s development plan represents a strategic shift towards building a robust and resilient National Youth Wing, saying that the ruling party, through capacity-building and strategic planning, was poised to enhance its operational efficiency, ensuring that it remained a formidable force in Nigerian politics.
Israel assured that the APC National Youth Wing, under his leadership and with unwavering support from the NWC and the Tinubu-led administration, aimed to realise ambitious goals that promised not only empowerment but also a happier nation.
“With our collective dedication, these goals are not only achievable but will pave the way for a brighter future for all Nigerian youth.
“Our goal is clear: to build a youth wing that’s not just loud but effective. By investing in our organisational infrastructure, we’re laying the foundation for sustainable impact and lasting change,” he asserted.
“At the heart of it all lies the Operational Plan, a meticulous blueprint designed to optimise every facet of the APC’s operations.
“From enhancing communication channels to streamlining administrative processes, this plan sets the stage for unparalleled efficiency and effectiveness.
“Central to the strategy plan is a resolute assurance from the National Youth Leader that implementation will be rigorous, dispelling any notion of it being just another document shelved away.
“We have the capacity and competence within our team to drive implementation,” he added.
Speaking further, the APC chieftain posited that the strategy plan encompasses multifaceted approaches, including education, skill-building, and inclusive governance, aimed at propelling Nigerian youth into leadership roles.
He said that through targeted programmes and initiatives, the APC aimed “to unlock opportunities previously out of reach for many young Nigerians, fostering a more prosperous and equitable society.”
“Furthermore, the APC National Youth Wing is committed to enhancing its organisational infrastructure through capacity-building and strategic planning, ensuring operational efficiency and lasting impact. “Our goal is to build a youth wing that’s not just loud but effective.
“As the APC National Youth Wing embarks on this transformative journey, it extends an open invitation to all stakeholders, partners, and young Nigerians to join hands in shaping the future of the nation. Together, we can build a Nigeria where every youth has the opportunity to thrive and lead,” Israel stated.
