The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has insisted that the Anambra State governor, Prof. Charles Soludo, has no credible opposition in the November 2025 governorship election in the state.
In a press statement at the weekend, the Publicity Secretary of APGA, Mazi Ejimofor Opara, said Soludo has silenced the opposition with his development works in the state, adding that APGA is going into the electoral process as a stable entity.
Opara said as a party, APGA is immensely proud of the governor’s outstanding achievements in 34 months, adding that, “one good turn”, should be the case of the Soludo’s administration.
He chided the opposition parties including the All Progressives Congress, Labour Party and the Peoples’ Democratic Party, saying they Every other political party is in the intensive care unit paying for oxygen to even survive.
The statement read, “As we approach the conduct of political parties primary elections for the 2025 Anambra governorship elections, only APGA is going into this process as a stable entity. Every other political party is in the intensive care unit paying for oxygen to even survive.

“What they planned for APGA is happening to them. The negative actions or schemes that a group of people intended to inflict on APGA are now being experienced by them instead, essentially suggesting a form of karma or a situation where the perpetrators are now facing the consequences of their own actions.
“The APC has essentially been deserted by anyone in Anambra State with a modicum of integrity and has become a union of political perverts where the centre can not hold after March 29, 2025. The Labour Party is basically a group of wannabes propelled by the belief that luck would come to their rescue.
“For the PDP, I am constrained from kicking a man that is already down and out of the ring. In the overall analysis, there is actually no credible opposition for APGA. And as a Party, APGA is immensely proud of Governor Soludo’s outstanding achievements in 34 months.
“Whatever it is they say about ‘one good turn’, should be the case of the Solution administration. If you must controvert this, please do so with unassailable facts.”
