Ahead of Nigeria’s Round of 16 fixture at the 34th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) against Cameroon tonight at the Félix Houphouët-Boigny stadium., Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro, is adopting a 3-4-2-1 formation.
William Troost-Ekong made a rerun to the team after recovering from injury to captain the Super Eagles, joining him at the back are Calvin Bassey and Semi Ajayi.
Ola Aina and Zaidu Sanusi will provide support to both the left and right backs to further solidify the defence against Cameroon’s attacking threat.
Frank Onyeka and Alex Iwobi will spearhead the midfield pack for Nigeria, while Victor Osimhen leads the Super Eagles attacking line with support from Ademola Lookman and Moses Simon.
