The Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu; the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo; the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike; and 28 other ministers have retained their portfolios as President Bola Tinubu reshuffled his 45-member cabinet on Wednesday.
This cabinet reshuffle comes amid growing calls for change due to dissatisfaction with some ministers’ performance, particularly in light of rising inflation, economic challenges, and increasing insecurity.
Tribune Online reported that President Tinubu at the Wednesday Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting sacked five ministers, redeployed ten, and nominated seven new ministers for confirmation by the National Assembly.
Despite the shake-up, these 31 ministers remain unshaken, continuing to serve. Here is the full list of the 31 ministers who still maintained their respective portfolio amidst the President’s cabinet reshuffle:
