The Adamawa State Government has sworn in the chairman and members of the State House of Assembly Service Commission.

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri supervised the swearing-in of Mrs Hannatu Kadala as the Chairman of the Commission alongside four other members at a ceremony in Yola Thursday morning.

During the swearing-in ceremony, Governor Fintiri said the appointees were selected based on their competence and expressed confidence in their ability to discharge their duties efficiently.

The governor charged the new chairman and members to ensure fairness to all staff of the Assembly.

In her remark, the new Assembly Service Commission chairman thanked the governor for the opportunity to serve the state.

Kadala urged the staff of the State Assembly Service Commission to be loyal and cooperative, assuring them that she and the other members would be fair to everyone.

The oath of office was administered to the commission members by the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Afraimu Jingi.
