Samaye, who was recently recognized as an outstanding Georgia citizen by the State of Georgia, USA, began his journey in the church as a member and attended Sunday School at the 6th Lagos District Branch, Surulere, Lagos, in 1977. He has since held various positions within the church.

Samaye was baptized in 1989 and served as Pioneer Secretariat Official of the Youth Fellowship Group, Surulere, from January 1990 to 1997.
He earned a Certificate of Training with the Youth Fellowship Group, Lagos District, on November 2, 1991.
Samaye’s other roles included Assistant Secretary of the Youth Fellowship Group, Lagos District (1991–1992), Public Relations Officer for the Youth Fellowship Group, Surulere District (1999–2000), and Prayerist/Aladura Ordination at Amazing Grace Branch, Surulere District, in October 2000. In July 2008, he became Leader-in-Charge of the Fountain of Hope Branch, Amazing Grace District.
He was ordained as an Apostle in the Amazing Grace District on June 7, 2009, and as a Prophet in the same district on May 8, 2015.
He also served as U.S. Representative of the Prophets’ Taskforce for the National Council of Prophets from November 4, 2016, and was appointed Patron of the International Youth Fellowship on January 31, 2017.
In November 2019, Samaye was ordained as District Chairman at Galilee Land.
Samaye’s educational background includes studying Banking and Finance at Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo, Lagos State, Nigeria, where he graduated with an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in 1994.
He later earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, in 1999.
In the United States, he attended Strayer University, Owings Mills, Maryland, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2009.
Samaye is currently CEO/Managing Partner of Smart Choice, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia; Board Chair/Executive Director of Truth and Liberty Center (Nig) Ltd., Nigeria; Chairman/Leader-in-Charge of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Atlanta, Georgia; Managing Partner/Chief Operating Officer of Humres Management Consultancy, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia; Cyber Security Analyst for the Georgia State Government; and Human Resources Specialist/Personnel Specialist for the United States Navy, Norfolk, Virginia, USA, among others.
In addition to his professional roles, Samaye has held several leadership positions, including Vice President of National Affairs for the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) from 1997 to 1998; Public Relations Officer for the Student Union Government at Lagos State Polytechnic (1993–1994); Western Representative (Parliamentarian) for the Student Representative Council (SRC) of Lagos State Polytechnic (1992–1993); and Pioneer Coordinator for the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights (CDHR) in Offa, Kwara State (1997–1998).
Samaye has also earned numerous awards and military decorations, including the National Defense Service Medal by the United States Presidential Order, the Navy Achievement Service Medal from the Commander of the Navy Recruiting Command, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal by Presidential Executive Order, and the United States Navy Good Conduct Medal from the Secretary of the Navy, USA.
