Franklin Emenike Okamigbo is one gentleman who is full of life. The humble and highly-connected socialite needs no introduction to those who understand nightlife in Lagos. From his days at K-Place in Victoria Island to Club Papas at The Place in Lekki, both in Lagos, Frank commands respect and loyalty. But as part of expanding his coast, the nightlife impresario, whose claim to fame and success was providing premium fun and lifestyle entertainment, has delved into the real estate business full time.
Spotlight learnt that for many years, Frank used to moonlight as a real estate enthusiast. But with the shutdown of nightlife courtesy of Covid-19 restrictions of 2020, the University of Lagos graduate decided to plunge into the property business. Four years down the line, Frank is now gradually emerging as a big player in the sector. The social networker is said to be putting the same passion he expended on nightlife business into promoting top-notch and affordable waterfront luxury living. His firm, Papas Properties Limited, has been at the forefront of provision of luxurious and affordable properties for rent and sale in Lagos. One of the key indicators of his new status in the real estate market is said to be his involvement with the Paradise Foreshore Estate project. The famous socialite is also said to have completed dozens of luxury apartments ready for sale somewhere in the posh neighbourhood of Lekki, Lagos.
