National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje, has advised chieftains of the party in Anambra State to bury their differences, work together as one political family to upstage the All Progressives Grand Alliance in the South East state.
Ganduje gave the admonition on Wednesday in his opening remarks at the inauguration of the Consultative Council for the state chapter.
While he maintained that division would not guarantee victory against a formidable APGA in Anambra, Ganduje noted that having the opposition parties dominance in the region would undermine the chances of the zone in party patronage at the central government.
He said: “With this division, what is your bargaining power in politics at the centre? What is your political investment? This is the cruz of the matter. It is time the region come to the centre of Nigerian politics.

Deputy National Organising Secretary of the party, Nze Chidi Duru expressed confidence that the party is now in good stead to upstage APGA as the ranks of the party is more united and solid more than the situation before now.
The party state chairman, Chief Bazil Ejike pleaded for cooperation as he declared that “all hands must be on deck, especially in this Council, which is a boardroom of sorts, for incubation of ideas for the good and benefit of the Party.”
