A renowned female health charity, the Love for Health Organization, has extended a lifeline to two vulnerable patients in need of urgent medical care at the Badagry General Hospital in Lagos.

On Friday, April 19, 2024, the Love for Health Organization, under the leadership of Mr. Dansu Peter and its team embarked on its routine health charity trip to the Badagry General Hospital.
The team was received with warmth and gratitude as they arrived at the hospital, ready to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Guided by the hospital’s officers from the social welfare department, Mrs. Fadipe A.J and Mr. Oladele T.B., the Love for Health team was led through the hospital’s emergency and pediatric wards.

The woman who was rescued from an accident scene by Good Samaritans had been at the hospital for over two weeks, receiving limited medical attention due to financial constraints.
Recognizing the urgency of her situation, the Love for Health Organization made undisclosed cash donations to support her treatment and care.
In addition to the comatose woman, the Organization also extended assistance to a two-week-old baby in the hospital’s pediatric department born to a mentally-challenged mother, the baby was in need of specialized care and support.
The Love for Health team, moved by the plight of the infant, was said to have provided financial aid to ensure the baby received the medical attention and nurturing it deserved.
Mrs. Fadipe, the hospital’s welfare officer, expressed gratitude to the Love for Health Organization for their generosity and kindness towards the vulnerable patients.
She emphasized the importance of collective efforts in assisting those in need, highlighting the ongoing challenges faced by many indigent patients in accessing essential healthcare services.
