The management of Bullion Records has reiterated its commitment to the development of the youths in the country.
It also said that it will do all within its capacity to discover and develop talents who it said are scattered but hidden in all parts of Nigeria.
This is just as the company, in conjunction with Hennytim Entertainment unveiled its new signing, Fortune Kingsley, popularly known as GyC at a well-attended event held in Lagos at the weekend.
Speaking during the official signing of the Lagos based Singer, Songwriter, Actor, and music producer, Fortune Kingsley, aka GyC, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Record label, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo reiterated his commitment to the youth development and discovery of talents from any part of the country.
GyC, a songwriter has worked with various A-List Musicians and has performed on major international platforms like the Glo Rock and Rule Tour and the Annual Calabar Carnival/ Festival amongst others.
GyC who has vowed to take music to the next level, said apart from entertaining the people, he wants to use music to impact knowledge.
He also has an annual carnival in Ikeja, Lagos where he gives room for upcoming artists to perform freely, something he does as his way of giving back to society.
GyC sleeps with music, wakes up with music and whose music has been part of his blood is a most sought-after singer in Nigeria.
Ajadi while speaking on his desire for the youths development further said that he is always concerned about youths who are roaming the streets, calling on government to create Vocational Centres across the country to engage the youths.
“You know I have always advocated that our youths must be actively engaged because idle hands are usually devils’ workshops.
“We need to dissuade our youths from drugs and other bad vices and the only way to achieve this, is for them to be engaged with something tangible with which they can develop themselves.”
Also speaking at the occasion, the Managing Director of Bullion Records, Mr Femi Ajibola said Bullion Records epitomizes innovation and excellence across diverse industries, including manufacturing, sports, real estate, and Hotel Management.
