The Senate of the State of Georgia has bestowed honorary recognition on Nigeria’s Consul-General in Atlanta, Georgia, Ambassador Amina Smaila, and presented three prestigious instruments.

In the same vein, House of Representatives further etched history by unanimously designating “Nigerians Day” in the state of Georgia.
Tribune Online gathered that this resolution called upon the Governor to annually proclaim this day, ensuring its commemoration for years to come.
