“We shall prosecute any defaulters at the mobile courts in accordance with the provisions of the law. My pain is people dumping the waste. We even noticed property developers blocking the drainage with sand and stones which they dump on the roads and gutters. We even gave notice but they do not comply. The next thing to do is to issue a bench warrant,” Ukah warned.
