Doma United midfielder, Bidemi Owoku, has urged his teammates to prove that they deserve to be among the top clubs in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
The Savannah Tigers are winless in their last nine games.
Owoku enjoined his teammates to be ready for the end of the season.
“Whatever comes, we have to be prepared for it,” he told Lodgexpress.
“The situation in which we find ourselves now is an extraordinary one and extraordinary situations demand extraordinary solutions.
“We believe in ourselves as top players and a top club and this is a chance for us to show that and deal with the situation as quickly as possible.
“We believe in ourselves and that’s what matters most. Even when you have a bad day, you always have to believe in your own strength. If we continue working hard, then success will come back.
“Most of the players have been together for a long time and you can feel this; there’s a good mentality in the group. Everybody is part of this team and making it successful.”
Doma United will lock horns with Gombe United in a matchday 27 fixture at the Pantami Stadium on Saturday.
